Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance the company's presence and achieve sales targets in the Baghdad region. Lead, mentor, and support the Baghdad sales team, ensuring consistent performance, accountability, and development. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, hospitals, laboratories, and government stakeholders. Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts to senior management. Requires a minimum of 3 years as a Sales Manager in laboratory or medical devices, a Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related field, and strong analytical skills. Required Qualifications
- A strong background in sales within the medical or laboratory devices industry
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth
- Strong leadership abilities and the capability to manage and develop sales teams
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strategic thinking with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor in laboratory or medical devices
- a minimum of 5 years of hands-on sales experience
- Proven success in closing deals and meeting sales goals
- Strong command of MS Office and CRM systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Effective time management and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Pathological Analysis, Life Sciences, or a related field
