Ivalua Application Administrator

Job Summary
Ivalua Application Administrator to design, configure, support, and continuously improve enterprise Ivalua solutions. Leads Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) process configurations, manages integrations with ERP systems, troubleshoots complex issues, collaborates across IT and business teams, and creates documentation and knowledge resources. Responsibilities include issue resolution via Jira, solution architecture discussions, workflow and master data configuration, integration design (APIs, web services, CSV/XML), stakeholder coordination, release support, and ongoing process/system improvements within a global ICT Applications context.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience with procurement technology
- Strong hands-on experience in Ivalua configuration and solution design
- L3 certification in Ivalua modules
- Solid understanding of S2P / P2P procurement processes
- Knowledge of Ivalua modules such as: Requisitioning, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay
- Experience working with REST / SOAP APIs, XML / CSV integrations, Web services and interface troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in global multi-country Ivalua implementations
- Exposure to AMS support models and ticket management processes
- Experience with SQL queries, data troubleshooting, and interface validations
- Knowledge of Agile (SAFe) ways of working
- Key Competencies: Techno-functional mindset, Troubleshooting orientation, Effective stakeholder communication, Process-driven and detail-oriented
