IV&V Lead / Senior Analyst

Job Summary
Lead IV&V activities throughout the project lifecycle, conducting risk assessments, evaluating system performance, and reviewing project documentation and technical deliverables. Prepare monthly and quarterly IV&V reports while verifying compliance with federal standards and project requirements. Collaborate with project teams to identify risks, recommend improvements, and support quality assurance and continuous process improvement initiatives. Communicate findings and recommendations to project leadership to ensure system quality and successful project delivery. This role supports the U.S. Department of Education's Impact Aid Grant System (IAGS) within a federal government IT environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in IV&V, quality assurance, or software engineering
- Experience supporting federal government IT projects
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk (MR) Background Investigation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Appian applications or cloud-based systems
- CSQE, ISTQB, or CISA certification is a plus
- Experience with federal grants or financial management systems
