Job Summary
IV-Infusion Instructor responsibilities include preparing and lecturing on specified content using the school’s textbook, administering academic and skills assessments, leading hands-on skills labs with student feedback, maintaining accurate student records (attendance, progress notes, grades), handling class logistics (payments and documentation), and ensuring compliance with school/state policy while following the curriculum set by the Ohio School of Phlebotomy. Ideal candidates demonstrate empathy, adaptability in teaching, decisive syllabus management, punctuality, and effective classroom time management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant field experience as a IV-Infusion Technician or similar/more advanced practice (PCA, EMT, Physician's Assistant, LPN, etc)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous teaching experience is not required
- Authorized to work in the US
