Job Summary
Conduct ASW operations support and manage fleet systems theory for IUSS mission operations. Perform daily duties including 40% local travel between Bethesda and Manassas sites. Maintain operational expertise in ASW systems and theory as required for site support. This contingent position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract and involves building a team of qualified candidates for an upcoming project.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately twelve years of fleet operational experience directly related to ASW operations, systems, and theory
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution in Mathematics, Physics, Acoustics, or Engineering
- Approximately ten years of fleet operational experience directly related to ASW operations, systems, and theory
- Experience working at an IUSS site supporting mission operations
