Job Summary
Lead the design and execution of data-driven analytics and reporting capabilities to enhance risk-based testing and automation initiatives. Identify, prioritize, and deliver analytics solutions that support process reviews, control testing, and validation activities while leveraging AI to improve efficiency. Develop Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reports to monitor risk indicators, detect control gaps, and validate remediation actions. Partner with Technology, Risk, and business teams to define data requirements, standardize key metrics, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. Own the full lifecycle of reporting initiatives from requirements through implementation and ongoing enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 8-10 years of related work experience in audit, supervision, risk management or compliance with a banking / financial services company
- Minimum 3 years of experience in one or combination of reporting, analytics, and data management
- Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Knowledge of banking operations, products, and services
- Experience with risks and controls/control gap identification related to Loan Operations, Commercial Lending and Banking, Retail Banking, Bank Support and Corporate functions, BSA/AML/OFAC, Payment Fraud Cross-border Banking, and Digital Banking
- Understanding of federal and/or state compliance regulatory requirements applicable to Banks (CFPB and FRB)
