Job Summary
ITSM Tool Administrator responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of the Ivanti Neurons cloud-based Enterprise Service Management platform in a BAU environment. The role maintains platform stability and usability, manages the service catalogue and portal content, monitors platform health, produces operational reports, triages tool-related incidents, coordinates vendor support, and works with service management, technical support, and customer stakeholders to ensure the platform remains reliable, compliant with governance and security controls, and aligned with approved processes. It also supports projects related to tool redesign or platform uplift, and contributes to continual improvement of data quality and efficiency while adhering to security, governance, release, and change management requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience administering Ivanti Neurons ITSM or comparable enterprise platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Cherwell, BMC Remedy) in a live BAU environment
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes (incident, request, change, problem, service catalogue, configuration management) and experience with service portal maintenance, user and access management, and CMDB/data quality practices
- Ability to triage tool-related issues, coordinate investigations with vendors and internal teams, and manage competing priorities in a structured service delivery environment
- Advanced reporting, documentation, and communication skills (operational dashboards, runbooks, procedures)
- IT governance, security, and change control frameworks; ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge; relevant tertiary qualifications or practical IT experience
- Australian Citizenship and active NV1 security clearance
