Job Summary
ITSM Process Owner/Manager responsible for governance and advancement of the IT Service Portfolio in a multi-provider/SIAM environment; defines standards for service descriptions, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting; drives reviews and decision processes for new or changed IT services; supports service managers across the service lifecycle; coordinates with internal units and external providers; requires strong ITSM background, SIAM/multi-vendor experience, ServiceNow familiarity, and ITIL certification as a plus; communicates effectively in German and English in an international setting.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management
- idealerweise im Service Portfolio Management
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von SIAM- und Multi-Vendor-Modellen
- Erfahrung mit gängigen ITSM-Tools (z. B. ServiceNow) von Vorteil
- ITIL-Zertifizierung (z. B. ITIL 4 MP) wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke auf Management- und Stakeholder-Ebene
