ITSM Operations Analyst Senior - IT - Full Time

Lead and direct IT incident response activities, serving as Incident Commander during service disruptions and major incidents. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore services and minimize clinical and business impact while facilitating bridge calls and managing real-time communication. Document incident timelines, actions, and outcomes accurately, then lead structured root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to identify corrective actions. Ensure adherence to IT service management processes for Incident, Problem, and Change practices. Requires ITIL Foundation certification within six months and Epic certification in one or more application modules. Minimum seven years of experience in IT or healthcare IT environments with significant Epic exposure. Full-time M-F 8-5 schedule.
