Job Summary
Remote ITSM Entitlement Analyst to manage enterprise software licensing, entitlements tracking, procurement support, and licensing compliance across desktop environments for a federal contractor; coordinates multiple publishers, supports onboarding of managed publishers, and produces contract deliverables to align with federal IT governance requirements. Requires subject matter expertise in software asset management, ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, DHS suitability preferred, and U.S. citizenship.
