Job Summary
ITSM Architect specializing in ITSM and IT operations drives the end-to-end presales cycle—from discovery and solution demonstrations to proposals and RFP responses—while building client relationships across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions to uncover technical requirements and business goals, delivering compelling product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs, assisting in preparing solution proposals and high-level designs, responding to RFPs/RFIs, representing the company at events, building a library of presales assets, and enabling the sales team with ITSM positioning and value messaging. Requires hands-on ITSM experience (Jira Service Management preferred; ServiceNow/BMC also considered), strong ITIL knowledge, ability to manage multiple opportunities, and multilingual communication (English, Mandarin, Cantonese). Must hold a Bachelor's degree and ITIL Foundation certification, with additional certifications considered advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Presales or Solution Consultant capacity with significant ITSM exposure
- ITIL Foundation certification is required; ITIL Practitioner or higher certifications are advantageous
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written) is required
