Job Summary
Lead High-Impact Electrical Projects as a Mid–Senior Level Electrical Project Manager responsible for all phases of MV and switchgear projects, acting as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Own schedules, budgets, forecasts, and the full project lifecycle from planning through closeout. Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction; review drawings, specs, and submittals for accuracy; ensure compliance with safety, codes, and quality standards. Identify risks, proactively manage delays and cost impacts, lead project meetings, provide status updates, and handle change orders and contract administration. Requires 5+ years of electrical project management experience with a strong background in medium voltage and switchgear systems, plus leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Nice to have: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management and PMP certification.
