ITS Director – Fare Collection System

Job Summary
Director-level role overseeing the ITS Fare Collection Systems (AFC and CCC) within a large Public Transport ITS program. Responsible for overall management, performance, and integration of fare collection across 1,000 metro and bus stations, ensuring interfaces between ITS contractors and operators meet KPIs, robust revenue collection processes, vendor and stakeholder management, cybersecurity, data protection, and coordination of system interfaces with external stakeholders. Lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams; oversee performance, maintenance, and timely implementation of interfaces to support smooth bus and metro operations; on-site deployment in Riyadh.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of ITS experience or related field
- Experience in managing large-scale ITS systems integrations and operations
- Contractor and stakeholder management experience
- Strong understanding of system interfaces, software management, and cybersecurity
