Itrax/Reliability Coordinator

Job Summary
Record all relevant data in the Itrax system and collect detailed photos for internal or customer-reported incidents meeting Engineering and Service Quality standards. Assist in root cause analysis by suggesting corrective actions, respond to engineering documentation requests, and perform trend analysis on failures to identify future risks. Address customer inquiries timely while complying with NOV HSE policies. Complete basic Itrax training and work with various NOV programs including TAT, TSM, and JDE. Multitask and prioritize tasks within deadlines, communicating professionally with internal and external parties. Working hours are determined by the manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lean and work with various NOV programs such as TAT, TSM, TAT, and JDE
- Completion of basic Itrax training
Desired Qualifications
- Technical background or degree preferred
- Two years of oilfield experience preferred
- Two years work experience or internal promotion with minimum technical/clerical work experience at manager's discretion
