Job Summary
Execute ITR design for Flange-to-Flange compressor, turbine, and combustion modules, ensuring fit, form, and function compatibility to maximize machine efficiency and safety. Mentor team members on analysis, design, testing, and integration while leading the solution of complex high-impact technical problems. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve design, performance, manufacturing, and field issues, utilizing Lean tools to improve processes. Document technical data, monitor project status, and present at technical reviews to meet customer requirements for gas turbine design. Lead initiatives and coordinate across multiple projects to deliver substantial business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related field
- 4 years or Master degree +3 years, of Proven experience in HD Gas Turbine Technology
- Knowledge in Product Definition standards and processes
- Solid contribution in a similar role or previous position
- Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate with Senior Leadership
- Demonstrated ability in managing projects across functions
- Capable of mentoring others to accomplish assignments
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership experience
- Ability to influence others
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
- Proven analytical and organizational abilities
- Familiar with GD&T,ASME/ANSI/ASTM, CSA, EC codes
