Job Summary
ITP Specialist will provide input VAT reconciliation, reimbursements checking, payments and treasury management support, and act as a key partner to local and business units to fulfill internal/external customer and business requirements. Main tasks include reimbursements checking and archiving, payment and local bank management, closing and other assignments, and general business support; reports to the Assistant Finance Controller and will be based in the Shanghai office. Key skills include Invoice to Pay knowledge, SAP/Cloud/SAFE systems proficiency, strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication abilities, and fluent English (written and spoken). The role requires a Bachelor degree in Finance or Business and 3–5 years of experience in the Invoice to Pay area, with familiarity in local supplier invoicing tax requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Business
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Invoice to Pay area
- Full professional proficiency of written and oral English
- Familiar with the local tax requirement in supplier invoice
- Experience with SAP, Cloud system, SAFE
