Job Summary
Organize meetings, reserve rooms, prepare materials, record minutes, and track action items for the ITOT Manufacturing Systems team. Translate documents, adjust formats, upload files to the system, and maintain document tracking and organization. Assist the PI and SCADA groups with basic tasks, support the MES group with simple operations, and handle additional assignments such as video production, editing, PPT creation, and AI projects. Requires full-time student status, strong English proficiency, familiarity with Windows/Linux and office software, and basic programming skills in languages like Python or Java. Based at Roche Shanghai Zhangjiang Headquarters with a 3-4 day work week.
Required Qualifications
- 全日制在校学生
- 学历本科或以上
- 英语听说读写良好
- 可以用英语作为工作语言
- 对计算机、信息技术和自动化有浓厚兴趣
- 有较强的学习能力和解决问题能力
- 具有良好的沟通能力
- 有校内活动负责经验
- 熟悉常见操作系统(如Windows、Linux等)
- 熟悉至少一种编程语言(如Python、Java等)
- 有一定的制作视频、视频剪辑、制作PPT基础
- 每周需正常工作3-4天
- 工作地点上海罗氏张江总部
