Job Summary
Process and drive application processing time under 48 hours while communicating with applicants via email and phone within four business hours. Organize, upload, and verify the legitimacy of documents, ensuring adherence to underwriting policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements throughout the review process. Maintain accurate records and explain underwriting procedures in a customer-friendly manner. This role requires working Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM USA CST. Available to work weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Solid computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Available to work weekends
- Tuesday to Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM USA CST
- Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM USA CST
