Job Summary
ITM Teller operates Interactive Teller Machines in a webcam-based environment and via online chat/secure messaging. This on-site role guides clients through virtual banking experiences, assists with transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments), responds to inquiries about account operations, and identifies opportunities to cross-sell bank services. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with technology, knowledge of bank products and procedures, and the ability to resolve issues independently while escalating complex situations. It emphasizes client service, regulatory compliance, and supporting digital banking adoption in a professional, on-site banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in banking, financial services, or client-facing roles required
