Job Summary
Handle all phases of financial transactions through the Interactive Video Teller Machine channel, providing superior service by greeting clients, understanding their objectives, and processing transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of bank products and processes while following all control, policy, and audit requirements. Complete required reports related to the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act, and proactively display teamwork and respect for other team members. Work within service standards to meet transaction time goals and attend scheduled department meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in an office environment which may include many hours of computer and telephone usage
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of Call Center experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred
- Bilingual preferred
