Job Summary
Coordinate daily physical operations for receiving and shipping goods on the dock, ensuring fluidity of flows and adherence to transport schedules. Manage the team of dock agents and forklift operators by assigning doors, overseeing loading/unloading, zoning, and quality control. Execute daily diagnostic imaging coverage including WMS data entry and key performance indicator tracking. Monitor safety, hygiene, and labor law compliance while leading the team to meet store and client satisfaction targets. This role requires a Baccalaureate or B+2 degree in logistics with 3-5 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in WMS systems. A mandatory 8-week training program and initial deployment at a different site are included in the integration period.
Required Qualifications
- Formation Bac à Bac+2 en logistique ou transport (de type BTS GTLA, TSMEL ou équivalent)
- Expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans sur un quai ou en entrepôt logistique
- Gestion d'équipe opérationnelle
- Maîtrise du fonctionnement d'un logiciel WMS
- Connaissance des indicateurs clés de performance d'un quai (productivité, taux de remplissage, gestion des réserves)
- Connaissance de la réglementation transport et sécurité
- Leadership
- Rigueur
- Réactivité face aux aléas du terrain
- Excellente capacité de communication avec l'ensemble des interlocuteurs internes et les chauffeurs extérieurs
- Permis B
- Déplacements à prévoir
- Période de démarrage sur un autre établissement situé dans le 77 avant la prise de poste définitive
