Manage recruitment processes by supporting managers in defining needs, developing sourcing strategies across job boards and social networks, and piloting temporary staffing. Lead the competency development plan by collecting training needs, organizing site and national HR initiatives, and monitoring budgeted indicators. Conduct professional interviews and annual evaluations while training managers on their execution and tracking campaign metrics. Build external partnerships with employment agencies and training bodies. This role requires a Bachelor's in HR with two years of experience, a valid B license, and a three-week onboarding training involving travel to multiple French sites. Starting salary is between €28,000 and €30,000 gross annual.
