Job Summary
Oversees ITIL-based service support and/or technical account management for incident ownership and client account management on a 24x7 basis, coordinating incident/problem/change/service-level/configuration activities and client communications. Role involves managing and auditing service delivery processes, guiding continuous improvement, and coordinating resources and stakeholders with 6-8 years of experience and an undergraduate degree. Travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Typically requires 6-8 years relevant experience
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and principals
- Solid written and verbal skills
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements
- Travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required
