Ithaca Asset Protection Department Manager

Manage and develop a team of Asset Protection professionals to execute the store's security programs and mitigate risk. Build relationships with store leadership to communicate safety trends and provide updates on security initiatives. Coordinate all store life safety systems, guide employees during emergency events, and lead external contract security or law enforcement efforts. Analyze shrink causes, conduct investigations, and partner with community organizations and emergency responders to maintain a safe environment. Complete required training modules and seminars. Full-time role with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends.
