iTero Training Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct training for customers and internal teams on iTero, IOS, IOC, and Orthocad software, while troubleshooting clinical issues and resolving inquiries regarding interactions with IDS or Clincheck systems. Review digital images, scans, and presentation materials for marketing and clinical education content. Investigate and analyze customer complaints, document all interactions in company databases, and ensure timely resolution of inbound and outbound issues. Monitor trends in customer requests, research answers, and share insights with departmental peers. Participate in weekly team meetings to identify problems and measure data, and occasionally evaluate training provided by distributor personnel. Perform technical support and follow all safety and quality procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese
- Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Willingness to rotate shifts, if needed
- Expect domestic business travel at least once a week
- High school graduate
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Two to three years' experience in customer relations in medical / dental related areas
- experience working in an international call center environment
- preferably on a luxury brand
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations
- Microsoft Office tools
