Job Summary
Manage data and perform quality control on AKODO entries while conducting backward compatibility analysis for Omni 5.0 Specs. Implement solutions to optimize business processes and respond to a high volume of emails regarding customer-facing issues. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to resolve inquiries, utilizing strong Excel skills and database familiarity to track multiple inbound and outbound data requests without error. Maintain accuracy while juggling multiple priorities, applying a quick learner's approach to ambiguity within a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
- Familiarity and comfort with database applications
- Exceptionally detail-oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to process and track multiple inbound and outbound data requests without errors
- Strong academic background in business or finance
- Work history that demonstrates competence managing multiple information streams
