Job Summary
Oversees daily operational activities for assigned banking operations areas, providing first-level leadership to non-exempt staff to maintain quality service and efficient operations. Drives results through management of people and processes, ensures compliance with Bank policies and applicable regulations (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E), collaborates on review and improvement of operational systems and procedures, and coaches/mentors team members. Role supports ongoing training and adaptation to regulatory changes, with travel occasional and primary onsite work at Spokane, WA or Liberty Lake, WA locations.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 Years — of operations experience in the financial services industry (Required)
- 3+ years — Of supervisory/management experience (Required)
- H.S. Diploma/GED (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (preferred)
