Job Summary
Maintain accurate SKU and item data in Infor and update product information in the PIM system to ensure reliability on the ordering site. Partner with multiple departments to troubleshoot data issues impacting receiving and picking, while managing substitute and replacement item information based on inventory levels. Handle multiple priorities to ensure details and deadlines remain on track. This role supports teams across the organization by keeping product information up to date and running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence working in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Someone who enjoys collaborating and building relationships across teams
- Strong follow-through and time management
- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to think outside the box
- A high school diploma or equivalent
