Job Summary
Assign new FMCG products to the correct product groups within the Dictionary system, ensuring high-quality coding for top-selling items across supermarkets, drugstores, and gas stations. Update objective coding rules to maintain relevancy and accuracy while capturing emerging market trends for client databases. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding product characteristics, brand, flavor, and packaging details. Collaborate with local and UK colleagues to improve team KPIs, share daily updates during standups, and identify opportunities to enhance operational item coding processes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (e.g. BCom/BSc)
- 2+ years FMCG or Data Management experience
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management
- Used to work with KPI's / targets
- Hands-on mentality, resourceful & results oriented
- Accurate, consistent, team player, flexible
- Analytically strong
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Data Models is advantageous
