Job Summary
Line Manager responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships across a district, coaching engineers, salary/career planning, and driving performance through objective setting and updates. Collaborates with Product Divisions (tech support, training, spares, reliability), manages mentor and escalation processes, oversees district financial forecasts and cost efficiency, and leads system installation and RMA procedures. Requires leadership, formal supervisory responsibilities, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and drive business results. Role involves regular customer visits, interfacing with district sales and field engineering, and potential travel. Located in Taiwan across Hsinchu, Kaohsiung, Taichung, and Tainan with full-time, in-person responsibilities and relocation eligibility.
