Job Summary
Define, document, and optimize Software Asset Management lifecycles covering procurement, storage, distribution, and decommissioning while ensuring license compliance and entitlements. Lead hardware asset management efforts as the subject matter expert, designing strategies to minimize compliance risks and achieve cost savings. Collaborate with Process Managers and ITAM Technical Architects to inform tooling, develop standardized workflows, and maintain the formal Process Library. Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to internal and federal regulatory requirements, analyze asset data to identify trends, and communicate key metrics to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement through automation and efficiency enhancements, while developing training programs to educate employees on SAM standards and federal guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations
- Federal regulatory knowledge
- Industry best practices
- Proven experience in heavily regulated environments
- Experience in the financial industry
- Federal Cybersecurity Reviews
