Job Summary
Provide premium, empathetic customer support in Italian via inbound phone, live chat, and email. Assist customers with sales inquiries to help them choose luxury products and complete purchases. Handle after-sales requests, efficiently resolving issues related to deliveries, returns, and cancellations. Meet and exceed key performance metrics focused on Customer Satisfaction, Booked Call Rates, and First Call Resolution. Participate in continuous weekly training and upskilling sessions. This role offers flexible on-site or work-from-home options in Athens, Greece, with full relocation support and paid training for candidates with no prior experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Native or C2-level proficiency in Italian
- Intermediate professional English (B2/C1)
- Solid PC literacy
- Minimum 25 words per minute typing speed with at least 80% accuracy
- Currently based in Greece or willing to relocate to Athens, Greece
