Provide inbound/outbound customer support in Italian and English for the European market, resolving queries and complaints via phone and email, offering Level 1 technical support for client vision care products, documenting issues within established timelines, and escalating to technical/medical teams when needed. The role requires high PC literacy (Outlook, SAP, CRM), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and collaboration within a team working from home in the UK under a 6-month temporary full-time contract.
Required Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written
- High PC literacy including Microsoft Outlook, SAP, and CRM systems
- Team-oriented and collaborative with a positive attitude
- Strong prioritisation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work from home with a secure setup
- Willingness to participate in training and adapt to procedures
- Ability to handle inbound calls and emails and provide level 1 technical support for client vision care products
