Required Qualifications

  • Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written
  • High PC literacy including Microsoft Outlook, SAP, and CRM systems
  • Team-oriented and collaborative with a positive attitude
  • Strong prioritisation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work from home with a secure setup
  • Willingness to participate in training and adapt to procedures
  • Ability to handle inbound calls and emails and provide level 1 technical support for client vision care products
