Italian Language Specialist

Job Summary
Italian Language Specialist responsible for coordinating and managing final quality of Italian translations, running language assets (translation memories, terminology, style guides), performing initial translations and revisions, conducting quality checks on clinical translations (ICFs, protocols, IBs, patient diaries), developing Italian terminology, updating translation memories, and setting/ executing linguistic QA processes globally. Requires CAT/TMS tool experience, strong multitasking and organizational skills, and a Bachelor's degree in translations/linguistics or equivalent translation experience in clinical contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in translations, linguistics or language studies with significant translation studies from a recognized institution
- Bachelor's degree in another field and 2 years of full-time translation experience (preferred in clinical translation)
- If no Bachelor's degree, 5 years of full-time translation experience (preferred in clinical translation)
- Native Language: Italian
- CAT/TMS Tool Experience Required
- Proven Terminology and TM experience
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
