Job Summary
Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, and messages, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems while analyzing data to determine incident severity. Monitor trends and emerging risks to identify potential threats, collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex matters, and develop reports to support continuous improvement. Provide recommendations on new platform features to enhance user safety and reduce misuse opportunities. This role supports a safe, respectful online environment through consistent policy enforcement and proactive risk mitigation. The position requires rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday, 40 hours per week, and fluency in Italian and English. A relocation package is available for candidates moving to Sofia, Bulgaria.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
- Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria
Desired Qualifications
