Job Summary
Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, and messages, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems while analyzing data to determine incident severity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sensitive matters, monitor emerging risks to prevent abuse, and develop reports supporting continuous improvement. Provide recommendations on new platform features to enhance user safety and enforce policies consistently. Work rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday for 40 hours per week in an on-site role in Bulgaria. A relocation package is available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
- Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria
Desired Qualifications
- Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage
