Job Summary
Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages, and reported material, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems while analyzing data to determine incident severity. Monitor trends and emerging risks to identify potential threats and prevent abuse before it occurs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sensitive trust and safety matters and develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support continuous improvement. Review new platform features to provide recommendations that enhance user safety and reduce misuse opportunities. Work rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday for 40 hours per week, with a salary of 1500 euros per month. Valid authorization to work in Bulgaria is required.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
- Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria
Desired Qualifications
- Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage
