Job Summary
Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages, and reported material, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by internal systems while analyzing data to determine incident severity. Monitor trends and emerging risks to identify potential threats and prevent abuse, collaborating with cross-functional teams on sensitive matters. Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support continuous improvement and review platform features for safety enhancements. Rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday, 40 hours per week, with a salary of 1500 euros per month. Relocation package includes a €1,500 bonus and 21 days of provided accommodation. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
- Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria

- Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage
