Job Summary
Review and evaluate user-generated content, including profiles, videos, messages, and reported material, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. Investigate, assess, escalate, and resolve user reports or system flags by analyzing data to determine incident severity and impact. Monitor emerging trends and risks to proactively prevent abuse, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex trust and safety matters. Develop qualitative and quantitative reports to support operational improvements and provide recommendations on new platform features. Work rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday, 40 hours per week, with a relocation package available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English (minimum B1/B2 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions under pressure
- Valid Authorization to work in Bulgaria
Desired Qualifications
- Experience reviewing content, moderating online communities, customer support, compliance, risk management, or trust and safety operations is an advantage
