Job Summary
Support the build, maintenance, and evolution of internal IT and Microsoft 365 environments, administering users, permissions, and Exchange mailboxes while managing Azure cloud structures, domains, DNS entries, and technical interfaces. Assist in analyzing potential investments through market and location research, cash-flow analyses, and economic calculations, and support the due diligence process up to the investment decision. Contribute to the implementation of construction projects and marketing efforts with autonomous projects that directly drive company success. Gain deep insights into the Private Equity Real Estate sector, including financing and structuring of complex real estate projects, within a young, rapidly growing team offering extensive design freedom and a flat hierarchy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor (mind. 3. Semester) oder Master in einer wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen, technischen oder immobilienspezifischen Fachrichtung
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, insbesondere Benutzer-, E-Mail- und Rechteverwaltung
- Grundkenntnisse in Azure, Cloud-Strukturen oder IT-Administration
- Verständnis für Domains, DNS, E-Mail-Setups und IT-Grundinfrastruktur
- Umfangreiche MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- erste Berufserfahrung durch Praktika in den Bereichen Consulting, Financial Advisory, Business Development, Startup, Immobilienwirtschaft, Banking oder Ähnlichem
- ausgeprägtes Interesse an finanzwirtschaftlichen Themen sowie Immobilien (Vorerfahrungen sind nicht notwendig)
- unternehmerische Denkweise und den Antrieb, etwas Neues in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld mitzugestalten
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Berufserfahrung durch Praktika in den Bereichen Consulting, Financial Advisory, Business Development, Startup, Immobilienwirtschaft, Banking oder Ähnlichem mit.
