Job Summary
Offer basic technical support in infrastructure services by responding to issues and providing assistance. Contribute to infrastructure projects and tasks while assisting in monitoring and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems. Work with the team to meet infrastructure needs, support daily operations, and assist in developing documentation such as incident logs and records. Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on infrastructure technology analysis and data analysis. DXC Technology leverages deep expertise in Managed Infrastructure Services and Application Modernization to help global enterprises harness AI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry
- 1 year in a similar role
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
- Proficiencies in data analysis
- A basic understanding of technical concepts
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, are a plus
