Job Summary
Prioritize network support needs and troubleshoot computer, network, and device issues using command line tools, DHCP, DNS, and remote server administration. Maintain computer carts, manage inventory, and ensure all district technology devices are up to date and protected. Perform imaging, move user profiles, and troubleshoot VOIP phones, printers, and cabling problems while informing staff of hardware or software issues in non-technical terms. Work a flexible schedule across all district sites to maintain a safe and efficient learning environment with minimal disruption. Maintain high confidentiality with school district records and technology data while performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- An associate's degree in an IT related field of study
- Two years of IT field experience
- CompTIA certifications such as A+ or Network +
- Must pass a background clearance
- Must obtain an Arizona IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- A valid Arizona state driver's license
