Job Summary
IT User Support Technician responsible for installing, updating, configuring and maintaining district operating systems; diagnosing and repairing computer hardware and software problems and classroom peripherals; collaborating with IT staff to solve network problems; providing prompt, friendly service to internal and external customers; functioning effectively as a team leader and team member; maintaining confidentiality of sensitive student and staff information; adhering to district dress code; willing to travel between sites using a valid AZ driver's license; position supports a technology department within the AJUSD.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic knowledge of popular computer software and experience with computer hardware
- Valid Arizona Driver's License; may need personal vehicle to travel between sites
- License must be maintained for the duration of the assignment
- Valid AZ IVP Card
