Job Summary
IT User Support I at PSI Intact provides solutions to technical hiccups affecting brokers and employees. Respond to user queries about computer systems, document steps to resolution, intervene during system failures, allocate technical resources per escalation scales, manage user identity per security procedures, and contribute to user-facing documentation with other support teams. The role requires at least 1 year of Help Desk experience, familiarity with FreshDesk or similar ticketing systems, solid knowledge of PCs, Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes, and LAN/WAN, and strong customer focus and teamwork. Bilingual French and English is required to interact with clients and colleagues nationwide. This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Canada (Laval, Montréal, or Saint-Hyacinthe, QC) with a commitment to providing excellent service in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a Help Desk environment
- Experience with FreshDesk or similar ticketing system
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes
- LAN/WAN knowledge
- Bilingual in French and English
- Customer oriented
- Team spirit
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Action oriented
