Job Summary
Develop and maintain IT training materials, user guides, and procedures while serving as administrator for documentation systems. Monitor and resolve IT support tickets, manage technology asset inventories, and coordinate cybersecurity awareness training. Establish documentation standards, create process maps, and assist departments in identifying efficiency improvements. Provide onboarding assistance for new employees and support the implementation of AI solutions and Business Continuity Plan updates. Communicate software enhancements and weekly technology tips to staff. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of information technology topics to ensure high-quality service for internal and external customers.
