Job Summary
Deliver classroom and practical training in AI, Data Analytics, Python, and data visualization to youth at the Skill Development Centre. Conduct hands-on sessions covering data cleaning, analysis, and interpretation using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel. Introduce learners to machine learning concepts, prompt engineering, and responsible AI tool usage while guiding them through real-world projects and case studies. Maintain attendance records, assessment scores, and MIS requirements to track learner progress and identify individual support needs. Coordinate with the placement team for mock interviews, resume preparation, and industry sessions to ensure job-ready outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- BSC ( IT/CS/EC ) , BCA/MCA , Poly Diploma ( IT/CS) , BE/BTECH ( IT/CS/EC )
- 2–4 years of experience in training, teaching, or industry experience in Data Analytics / AI / Machine Learning
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Excel and Data Visualization
- Good understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts
- Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau
- Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good classroom management and learner engagement skills
- Ability to develop practical assignments and projects
- Comfortable working with students from diverse educational backgrounds
- Strong orientation towards learner outcomes and employability
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant industry certifications in AI, Data Analytics, Python, Power BI, or related technologies
- Prior experience in skill development, vocational training, youth training, or employability programs
- Candidates with strong industry experience and good communication skills may also be considered
