Job Summary
Deliver structured training sessions in BFSI, BPO, and Retail domains while facilitating interactive learning and soft skills development. Conduct field visits, awareness drives, and community outreach to support student mobilization, enrollment, and retention. Monitor attendance, assess performance, and provide continuous mentoring to ensure course completion. Maintain training records, progress reports, and MIS data while collaborating with internal teams for program execution. Requires a Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field with 1–3 years of training experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel across multiple districts within the assigned state.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in training, teaching, or skill development programs
- Strong domain knowledge in BFSI, BPO, or Retail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver technical and soft skills training (communication, interview readiness)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, digital tools)
- Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to travel and relocate as required
Desired Qualifications
- preferable commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Experience in student mobilisation and community outreach
- Exposure to government or CSR-funded projects
