Job Summary
Configure workstations, inspect hardware, and install software for Oracle, HCM, and CRM systems. Develop and maintain local networks while ensuring security and privacy for enterprise applications. Provide user orientation, troubleshoot system issues, and schedule maintenance without disrupting workflows. Maintain detailed logs of repairs and changes, identify equipment shortages, and place procurement orders. Install antivirus software and evaluate new hardware and solutions. Serve as the first point of contact for error reporting and offer assistance on leveraging Oracle applications.
Required Qualifications
