Job Summary
Assist in developing solution requirements, planning implementations, and advocating concepts with internal business groups. Build relationships with business partners to understand objectives and establish trust on support strategies. Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot existing applications with team assistance. Articulate clear prioritization and business justification to technology teams while conveying IT constraints and dependencies. Effectively communicate across business and technology groups to define project goals, solutions, and constraints. Manage partnerships with software providers, including vendor selection, contract/SLA management, operational support, and influencing future roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a 2-year or 4-year college degree in in CIS or MIS, or equivalent
- Previous professional work experience (internships, other jobs, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to write effective data and process documentation (including business and system requirements, business process diagrams and data flow diagrams)
- Detail oriented with the ability to exercise sound judgment
- Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of a project and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet established deadlines
- Appetite for learning new systems and technology for future incorporation or integration to the loan production solution set
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
