Job Summary
Assist in developing solution requirements, planning implementation, and executing third-party software configurations for loan production systems. Build relationships with business partners to understand objectives, troubleshoot existing applications, and articulate prioritization justifications to technology teams. Effectively communicate project goals and constraints across business and technical groups while managing vendor partnerships, contract management, and SLA oversight. Contribute to defining future roadmaps and maintaining strong operational support for complex solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a 2-year or 4-year college degree in in CIS or MIS, or equivalent
- Previous professional work experience (internships, other jobs, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to write effective data and process documentation (including business and system requirements, business process diagrams and data flow diagrams)
- Detail oriented with the ability to exercise sound judgment
- Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of a project and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet established deadlines
- Appetite for learning new systems and technology for future incorporation or integration to the loan production solution set
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
